DISHWASHER
Dishwasher safe. Use a mild, unscented detergent and select the lowest heat setting. Arrange the glasses so they sit snugly and cannot knock against each other. At the end of the cycle, open the door to let the heat and steam out and allow the glasses to cool and dry naturally.
BY HAND
Warm water, inside and out, then rinse with clear water so no residue is left. Please avoid boiling water, as sudden temperature changes are hard on any glass.
DRYING
Air dry upright, or dry by hand with a lint-free or microfibre cloth. Hold the glass by the bowl rather than the stem and turn the cloth gently for a streak-free finish.
AVOID
Not suitable for the microwave, and not made for boiling hot drinks. Please keep them away from children at play.
SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 24–36 hours, Monday to Saturday. There is no dispatch on Sundays.
Once dispatched, Delhi NCR takes 1–2 days. The rest of India takes 4–10 days, with the north arriving soonest, since we ship from Delhi NCR.
Express delivery is available on most pincodes. Express orders are dispatched first and arrive within 1–2 days.
IF IT ARRIVES BROKEN
We pack every piece so it reaches you whole. If something does break on the way, send us a photo within 12 hours of delivery and we will replace the same piece.
A NOTE ON COLOUR
Colour is fired into the glass by hand, so no two pieces are identical. Small bubbles and faint marks are part of how they are made. Screens vary too, so the shade you receive may sit a little warmer or cooler than the photograph.
