Shipping

We dispatch within 24–36 hours, Monday to Saturday. There is no dispatch on Sundays.

Once dispatched, Delhi NCR takes 1–2 days. The rest of India takes 4–10 days, with the north arriving soonest, since we ship from Delhi NCR. Express delivery is available on most pincodes; express orders are dispatched first and arrive within 1–2 days.

If something arrives broken

We pack every piece to survive the journey, but glass is glass. If a piece is broken when it reaches you:

• Please do not accept a delivery if the outer packaging is torn or unsealed. If you do accept it, write “received damaged” on the courier’s receipt.
• Photograph the piece as it sits in the packaging, before you unpack anything further.
• Send the images, your order number and delivery address to info@rayt.in or WhatsApp +91 98701 09935 within 12 hours of delivery.

We will come back to you within one working day and send a replacement of the same piece. If that colour is no longer available, you can choose something else of the same value or take a credit note for the full amount, usable on our site.

Please keep the original packaging until we have confirmed the replacement.

What is not covered

Rayt glassware is eligible for replacement in the case of breakage in transit. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Bulk and customised orders, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations and changes

Because we dispatch within 24–36 hours, the window is short. Write to us as soon as you can and we will do what we can if the order has not left us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We may occasionally need to cancel an order ourselves, if a piece turns out to be unavailable or if there is a pricing error. If that happens we will tell you and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

If a delivery fails three times, or is refused at the door, we are not able to refund the order.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it goes back to the payment method you used, and typically reaches you within 5–7 working days once processed.
